Meet Linda
Linda Beymer, MSN, RN
As a young nurse from Des Moines, Iowa, I had a strong passion for working with cardiovascular patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab. My desire was to fix hearts and empower patients to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Years later, I moved to Phoenix and found myself drawn toward clinical research. I dedicated countless hours to this field and honed my skills, but I never lost sight of my true passion—helping people achieve optimal health and wellness.
With more than 50 years of nursing experience, I bring a deep foundation of clinical knowledge and patient-centered care to everything I do. In 2021, I founded Desert Derma MedSpa and stepped fully into aesthetics, combining my love of procedural nursing and clinical research with the art of aesthetic medicine. I firmly believe that by providing aesthetic procedures, I can empower both women and men of all ages to achieve their goals and boost their confidence.
I know it’s never too late to strive for beautiful skin and a youthful appearance, and I’m honored to be part of my patients’ journeys toward looking and feeling their best. With my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Arizona State University (ASU), I have the knowledge and expertise to deliver safe, thoughtful, high-quality care.

Meet Lien
Lien Phuong Le, MSN, FNP-BC
Medical Director
Lien Phuong Le is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of nursing experience. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2010, she immediately began teaching lasers and injectables for the National College of Laser and Injectables (NCCLI). She later returned to Grand Canyon University and obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner–Board Certified (FNP-BC) credential in 2017.
Lien continued to advance as an aesthetics educator and has served as Medical Director for the National College of Injectables and Lasers since 2020. She now also provides medical oversight for Desert Derma MedSpa and other select med spas in Arizona.
As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Lien brings a unique combination of skills as an injector, educator, and independent Medical Director whose primary focus is supporting independent med spa practices. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience in aesthetic treatments.
