I found desert Derma Med Spa from a friend and I have been going since February and I am getting the semi-glutide treatment and I also am getting B12 injections. I have found it to be very easy and I have been losing weight slowly but consistent. So far I have lost 25 lb and I feel so much more energetic and alive.
